Dish Scrubber Crochet Free Pattern
These phenomenal little scrubbers will last for years to come. I gave some to a friend over 5 years ago and she still uses them daily.
The yarns scratchy to help scrub off food; this might make it a little tricky to work with but shouldn't take longer than an hour (maybe 2 if you're very new to crochet).
I usually make these either circle or square, but of course you can make any other shape you can make as well.
Materials:
One skein Red Heart Scrubber Yarn
H hook
Scissors
Tapestry needle
Circle:
Chain 2 in first chain make 8 hdc
2 hdc in each around
(1 hdc, 2 hdc in next) around
(2 hdc, 2 hdc in next) around
Continue adding 1 additional stitch before the increase until it's the desired size
Square:
Chain 2 in first chain make 8 hdc
(1 hdc in first, 2 hdc 1 chain 2 hdc in next) repeat to end
1 hdc in each stitch except corners; in corners do 2 hdc 1 chain 2 hdc
Continue repeating until desired size
