Toddler Ruffle White and Pink Dress

Baby and toddler clothes are one of my favorite things to make. This dress is probably my current favorite. White with flamingo pink and ruffles it's a statement piece. Whether wearing to church, day car, the playground or anywhere else it's sure to get attention. 

Made with 4 ply baby weight sport yarn

The pattern is not written yet. Top is hdc squares; ruffles are made by doing a lot of DC (I think 6-8) per stitch. I will add a full pattern as soon as I can.
