Baby Blocks Free Crochet Pattern

These blocks are so cute. They're soft, so they'll be a great grabbing and teething toy with a little one. As they get bigger they'll be great for practicing colors, letters, spelling and more.

A wonderful versatile toy that can be used throughout the years

Note: each block is worked in two pieces. They work up the same, pattern notes when to stop the second piece since one will be smaller before connected.

Materials

4.5 mm hook
Worsted weight yarn
Needle
Scissors

Round 2: chain 1, (HDC in first, 2 HDC chain 1 2 HDC) repeat around (forms square)
Rounds 3-4: HDC in each stitch, (2 HDC chain 1 2 HDC) in chain stitches
